Norma's Arthritis

Halloween Heart Attack

A Sudden Collapse Trick-or-Treating Ellie is out trick-or-treating with friends. Norma, while handing out candy, collapses from a heart attack. Jud calls for Louis, who is nearby. Louis Saves Her Louis performs CPR and stabilizes Norma until the ambulance arrives. He later visits her in the hospital. Norma recovers, and Jud feels indebted to Louis. The Debt Jud's gratitude leads him to reveal the secret of the Micmac burying ground when Church dies. This act of repayment sets the tragedy in motion.

Norma's Death

A Peaceful Passing Sudden Stroke Norma dies of a cerebral accident at breakfast. Jud finds her and calls Louis. Louis comforts Jud and helps with funeral arrangements.
